Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced AI/ML solutions for ECS Big Bets and AI 10.0 initiatives
• Build scalable, high-performance applications using modern frameworks and best practices
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, promoting code quality and technical excellence
• Implement unit testing, code coverage, and test automation to ensure reliability
• Collaborate with global teams to deliver secure, compliant, and efficient solutions
• Optimize data pipelines and model performance for production environments
• Stay current with AI trends, LLMs, and emerging technologies to drive innovation
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Software engineering experience, with 1+ years in AI solution development
• Proven experience in AI/ML model development, deployment, and optimization
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and building agentic solutions
• Solid understanding of unit testing, code coverage, and test automation frameworks
• Proven solid expertise in Python, React, Next.js, and PostgreSQL for full-stack development
• Proven hands-on exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, LLM gateways, and multi-agentic architectures
• Proven solid problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior engineers

Preferred Qualification:

• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments and AI-driven observability tools like Arize AX
