Primary Responsibilities:
- Support and streamline monitoring and alerting across multiple M&A partners
- Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters to support our applications and services
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Ansible for configuration management and deployment
- Collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers to deploy and manage machine learning models in production
- Monitor and optimize the performance, reliability, and scalability of our infrastructure
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure, deployment, and performance
- Ensure security best practices are followed in all aspects of the infrastructure and deployment processes
- Document processes, procedures, and best practices for the DevOps team
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in a DevOps role or similar position
- Proficiency in Kubernetes, including experience with cluster setup, management, and troubleshooting
- Experience with Ansible for configuration management and automation
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of machine learning concepts and experience deploying machine learning models
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar
- Proven excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Solid communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker/Podman
- Experience with «Infrastructure as Code» (IaC) tools such as Terraform
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, PowerShell or similar
