You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Designs, implements, and manages cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines on Microsoft Azure
  • Collaborates with development and operations teams to automate software delivery, optimize performance, ensure reliability, and maintain security and compliance within the Azure environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of experience in software development and platform administration
  • 4+ years of experience with Azure cloud services
  • 2+ years of experience in Windows and Unix administration
  • 1+ years of experience in the healthcare domain.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, IaC
  • Hands-on experience with Programming languages such as Python, .Net, C#, Java
  • Experience with Terraform for managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) based platforms
  • Proven solid skills with automation tools like Power Automate, shell scripting, or PowerShell
  • Copilot (Github, Azure, etc.): Code Generation, Test case generation, Error troubleshooting and code refactoring, Insights Generation, etc.
    Proven excellent communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal
  • Proven ability to thrive in dynamic environments with shifting priorities
  • Proven solid analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to justify technical choices
  • Demonstrated expertise in debugging, data analysis, and vulnerability management
  • Proven detail-oriented with strong organizational and leadership capabilities
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive working relationships across teams and leadership levels

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Copilot Studio + Power Automate : Create AI Agents for Automation and Productivity enhancement
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
