Primary Responsibilities:
- Be able to do work as individual contributor for IAM related deliverables
- End to end ownership of project, Successful implementation of SailPoint IDN with all the modules and onboarding of various type of trusted and target applications
- Working with clients to support user acceptance testing, debugging and migration to production environments
- Maintain relationships with client management to manage expectations of service, including work products, timing, and deliverables. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex information systems and apply it to client situations
- Create innovative insights for clients, adapts methods & practices to fit operational team needs & contributes to thought leadership documents
- Maintain a solid client focus by effectively serving client needs and developing productive working relationships with client personnel. Stay abreast of current business and economic developments and new pronouncements/standards relevant to the client’s business
- Be able to coach the team and help the team members to complete the deliverables in time and with quality. Candidate should ensure that best practices are being followed for implementation
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- Completed at least 2-3 implementations
- Completed at least 2-3 large SailPoint ISC implementation
- Hands-on experience on end-to-end implementation of Identity and Access Management tool including SailPoint Identity Security Cloud
- Hands-on development experience on SailPoint identity Now workflows, transforms, Rules and customizing the tool as per the requirements
- Hands-on experience on SailPoint Migration projects, SailPoint Identity Now V3 API, Custom reports, REST Services, Web services connector, AD, LDAP, JDBC, EPIC connectors
- Hands-on User Access Certification development and testing experience
- Hands-on experience on integration of Sailpoint Identity Now with SNOW or Remedy
- Work experience with SailPoint IAM tool, application onboarding in SailPoint and its connectors will be preferred
- Knowledge of Access Request Mechanism in ISC IAM tools
- Knowledge of EPIC Connector Integration in ISC tool
- Solid understanding of Identity Access Management concepts
- Understanding business requirement and converting that into low level design and development artifacts
- Proven advanced written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
- Proven excellent teamwork and client service skills
- Proven ability to use case design, solution requirements specification and mapping business requirements to technical requirements (Traceability Matrix)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on java development and debugging experience
- Solid hands-on experience for SailPoint IDN TLS, application onboarding, custom connectors, customized JML process implementation, rehire, password manager, recertification and customizations, REST Service, birthrights, self-service, service now integration, performance tuning, aggregation, correlation, non-correlated account management, policies and custom rules for policies, OOTB and custom reports, postman, custom workflows
- Client facing experience
- Work experience with Saas IAM like Sailpoint Identity Now, REST services and Postman, connectors of Sailpoint Identity Now, Customization in Identity Now, Identity Profiles, transforms, IDN Web services connector, EPIC Connector
- Work experience with SailPoint IIQ , User access certification in IIQ and its connectors
- Knowledge of customization in SailPoint IIQ IAM, Role Based access control, Segregation of Duties, Access Request Mechanism
- Good understanding of RDMS and SQL queries
- Solid familiarity of application servers such as Tomcat
- Exposure to Unix/Linux environments with knowledge of commands & shell scripting
- Proven capability to dissect large problems and designing modular, scalable solutions
