Product Management Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:

• Drive the product backlog for the scrum team at strategic & operational level
• Work with the business stakeholders to ensure healthy product backlog
• Work very closely with the engineering team to ensure requirements are managed well
• Work with the extended stakeholders(Design, analytics, Leadership, Call center, Opx, Other scrum teams) to manage the product backlog
• Participate in all scrum ceremonies to ensure synchronization of understanding of process & work
• Participate in Strategic product management initiatives

• Participate & contribute in Organization level Initiatives(innovation, ideas etc)

Required Qualifications:

• Master’s in computer science or equivalent experience
• Computer science graduate or equivalent experience
• Agile/Scrum certification
• 3+ years of product management experience
• Experience in US healthcare system
• Experience in Agile/Scrum process in IT services
• Understanding or Experience in engineering practices
• IT Product owner
• US Healthcare
