Primary Responsibilities:

As a part of L3 production support, Sr. Software Engineer will be responsible for:

• Identifying, troubleshooting and providing solution for production incidents of moderate to high complexity
• Identifies vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement, as well as maintain metrics to help develop analysis that will drive improvement in all areas of Production Services
• Monitor production environment to maintain consistency and provide reliable server and application availability
• Be flexible to work for extended hours and on weekends as needed to handle high priority issues
• Interface with L1 and L2 support groups, providing assistance and guidance as required
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of Software Development experience
• 3+ years of experience developing with Java / J2EE
• 2+ years of experience with Oracle
• 1+ years of experience with one of the following continuous delivery technologies (Jenkins, Docker, OpenShift, Azure, Monitoring, Logging, etc.)
• GitHub experience
• Monitoring & Observability experience (e.g. Splunk, DynaTrace, custom Grafana)
