Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist the development of reporting solutions to meet customer requirements and needs
- Ensuring the delivery of robust, sustainable and scalable solutions, while engaging with IT and business partners
- Work with our customers and stakeholders to understand their analytics needs and deliverables, act as consultant, to propose business solutions, product and services to drive change
- Act as a subject matter expertise regarding Data and Analytics solutions
- Produce meaningful, actionable reporting and visualization solutions and reports
- Understand data requirements from customers and provide recommendations
- Define data models and research, interpret, and analyse diverse and complex data
- Produce analytical outputs, executive summaries and analytics templates
- Develop, test and QC data, reports and dashboards
- Handle customer requests and proactive engage to prevent issues, capture new requirements and propose new solutions and business insights
- Improve existing data processes and proposing improvements and fixes to data, systems and SW

Required Qualifications:
- Degree Qualified (BA, BS) in a relevant field (IT/Computer sciences, SW development, Operations, Data Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business) or equivalent experience
- Proven data and analytics experience, including reporting and Business Intelligence roles
- Proven extensive experience in assessing and describing data sources and evaluating data quality
- Demonstrated proficiency in analysing diverse and complex data, performing exploratory data analysis, producing descriptive statistics, and assessing Data Quality
- Proven advanced data manipulation and data modelling skills and proficiency in at least SQL and Excel
- Demonstrated very good knowledge of at least one data modelling, scripting or statistical language such as R or Python
- Proven excellent data visualization skills and very good knowledge of Tableau SW or Power BI (or similar)
- Proven excellent understanding of Analytics, Data Science, Databases and Cloud computing
- Demonstrated very good understanding of IT systems, databases and other related technologies
- Proven expert in Master Data Management solutions and best practices
- Demonstrated knowledge of Application and SW development/implementation methodologies like Agile and Scrum, or similar
- Demonstrated solid written and verbal communication skills, presentation skills
- Demonstrated high proficiency in technical writing and technical documentation
- Demonstrated solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in creating new products and services, or deploying large scale tech solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s, M.B.A., or PhD in a relevant field
- Demonstrates solid business acumen and a customer facing mindset and/or relevant experience
- Proven experience in pharmacy benefit management, pharmacy, healthcare consultancy or related fields
- Proven experience working in a large multinational company or similar environment
- Proven ability to operate flexibly in a rapidly changing work environment
- Demonstrated solid organizational skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management methodologies, like PRINCE2
- Proven experience working in a customer success team, customer support operations, technical support, or customer service
