Primary Responsibilities:
- Participate in analysis of the current system/application to help finialize the requirements
- Work independently in an Agile environment on the Stories/tasks assigned
- Build code for the requirement specifications and write & execute the Unit tests for the impacted components
support the Engineering lead with new designs and documentation - Assist/Mentor Jr Engineers on the Team
- Communicate effectively with other Engineers, QE and Onshore teams
- Support the QE team during testing via Defect fixes, impact identification for additional tests, clarifications
- Quality code delivery through Automated tests creation as needed
- Adhere to Code standards and source code version control
- Responsible for documentation of technical artifacts
- Mentor other Engineers on technology, process, standards and application knowledge as needed
- Take lead in identifying application optimization opportunities and fine-tune for optimal performance

Required Qualifications:
- B.E/B.Tech / MCA / Msc / MTech (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
- Hands on Full stack Engineer with 7+ years of experience on Java Fullstack with React or React Native, CI/CD (Github Actions)
- Experience working in Agile environment
- Experience working with Github, Xcode, Android Studio, VS code
- Experience working on Java, Spring Boot, SQL, Graphql
- Hands on Jest/Junit for testing
- Mobile App development experience is preferred
- Proven good communication and presentation skills
- Proven good attitude and self-motivated
Preferred Qualification:
- Mobile App development experience
- Hands on with React Native development
