JOB TITLE: Director-Project Management

DUTIES: Provide leadership, vision, and guidance for overall Operations Management of various product and engagement teams; Collaborate with Product and Leadership teams to define and implement Measurable Business Objectives, Objective and Key Results, and Key Performance Indicators for the business segment; Define processes, structure, and standard operating guidelines for various projects and implementations to ensure high quality delivery for customers; Conduct weekly status reviews and provide guidance on mitigating risks and issues that impact scope, time, and cost of delivery; Serve as day to-day contact for leadership guidance on business operation issues including hiring, immigration, vendor management, and contracting services; Lead information gathering and conduct appropriate analyses; Collaborate with finance, product, and project teams to define and track annual forecasts and budgets; Track overall SGS labor and non-labor budget, resource allocation, time tracking and roaster management; Release and modify management process definition, deployment scheduling, and monitoring for multiple customers; Serve as liaison for executive leadership teams and product implementation on resolution of unexpected, unplanned issues that affect customer delivery and commitment; and Serve as manager to cross functional teams comprising of managerial, senior manager and director level staff across multiple levels. Position requires domestic and international travel. Telecommuting is available from anywhere in the U.S. Position requires domestic and international travel.

REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Statistics, Business Management, or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Project Management related occupation. Position requires 4 years of experience in the following: 
• Project Management. 
• Program Management. 
• AWS or Azure. 
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). 
• Agile, Scrum and Waterfall. 
• Java and Python. 
• Change Management. 
• Data Management and Reporting. 
• Budget and Cost management. 
• Vendor Management. 
• CRM.

Or 

Employer will accept 6 years of work experience in a Project Management-related occupation. Position requires 6 years of experience in the following: 
• Project Management. 
• Program Management. 
• AWS or Azure. 
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). 
• Agile, Scrum and Waterfall. 
• Java and Python. 
• Change Management. 
• Data Management and Reporting. 
• Budget and Cost management. 
• Vendor Management. 
• CRM.

RATE OF PAY:  $ 180,657.00 – $192,870 /year
