The Business Process Analyst primary responsibilities include supporting steady state and maintenance of Rally, including all Rally products (OnePass, Rally 2.0, Real Appeal, Fitness on Demand, etc.) . You will serve as a SME and resource to Operations, working across departments and teams and with all levels of leadership. You will serve as the lead Rally resource helping to guide and support two other team members. You will also have responsibility over the technology and process improvement enhancements.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create, control, and improve end-to-end business processes
- Lead process design and project implementation teams in process improvement activities
- Analyzes and investigates
- Provides explanations and interpretations within area of expertise
- Uses pertinent data and facts to identify and solve a range of problems within area of expertise
- Investigates non-standard requests and problems, with some assistance from others
- Works exclusively within a specific knowledge area
- Prioritizes and organizes own work to meet deadlines
- Provides explanations and information to others on topics within area of expertise

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
- 2+ years of experience with business analysis and process improvement.
- 2+ years of experience with the Rally product
- 1+ years of specific experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts
- 1+ years of experience with MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with technology enhancements.
- Experience with Salesforce
