We are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Software Engineer with expertise in Big Data technologies to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining our Big Data processing systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and develop solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• 1+ years of overall development experience in Big Data Technologies
• 1+ years of development experience in Spark/Scala
• Experience of working in Agile methodology
• Experience working with AWS services, such as EC2, S3, and EMR
• Experience working with Unix Platform
• Solid development experience in Apache Spark and Scala
• Good knowledge on Python
• Good knowledge on Unix and Shell Scripting
• Good knowledge on AWS Cloud Services
• Good knowledge of Elasticsearch and Logstash for data processing and analytics
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Proficiency in Python programming language
• Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven solid written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proven self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Github and Jenkins
• Knowledge of Kafka, Kafka Streams or Spark Streaming
• Good knowledge on Provider LOB
• US Healthcare background
