See yourself working for an industry leading healthcare provider as a Digital Experience Business Analyst for our Allina Health.org/public facing website product team, responsible for supporting site strategy, design and supporting backend systems. Help develop solutions that make it easy for providers, patients, and consumers to connect to Allina Health services and support via our public facing website. Collaborate with peers in an Agile Scrum development environment. Serve as a key contact to customers and a liaison to Allina Health, Optum and Information Services organization as related to systems support and integration of products. Play a primary support role in the development of strategic website enhancements for key products and initiatives using customer feedback, stakeholder input, and data/analytics.
As a Business Systems Analyst Senior on the Allina Health.org product team, you will collaborate with product/scrum team to ensure software is performing as expected based on strategy and user stories/requirements. You will help assess and create system and vendor requirements, and fulfill system testing. Standardize, and automate business processes in support of care providers and operations. Challenges others’ thinking to create effective and efficient work processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Implements, modifies, test and administers more complex website related software
- Serves as a senior subject matter expert with content, processes and procedures associated with the external website product
- Conducts analysis of business and users needs to provide appropriate systems solutions
- Designs special screens, reports, databases, etc. and prepares specifications for system changes
- Lead meetings and direct team problem solving sessions
- Manages medium and large projects
- Develops solutions from concept to completion
- Champions new and innovative ideas to address business units/system barriers or opportunities
- Collaborates solidly with other Business Analysts in development methods and processes and implementation of methods
- Communicates internally and externally and with all levels of employees including senior management
- Champions new and innovative ideas to address business units/system barriers or opportunities
- Mentors and coaches others
- Collaborates with Peer Sr. team members to problem solve or manage projects
- Manages multiple projects with varying timeframes
- Performs basic cost benefit analysis and/or build vs. buy analysis
- Develops data modeling and document data flow
- Plans for and documents data transformation and mapping
- Completes business process modeling
- Develops use case descriptions and diagrams
- Prepares user interface design
- Develops and presents conceptual and functional models and prototypes to users for analysis and evaluation

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience in business analysis or related role within the healthcare industry
- Experience working with stakeholders and/or external vendors
- Experience with Agile Scrum
- BA experience (gathering and writing project requirements)
- Solid CMS (Content Management System) background – Sitecore
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certified Scrum Master/Agile Delivery Lead
- Healthcare system experience
- Experience with video on the web
- Experience with Google Analytics or other analytics tools
- Experience with Siteimprove or other website QA tools
- Experience with Verint or other customer surveying tools
- Experience with vendor management
- Experience with various electronic medical record systems (EMR)
- Experience measuring impact and ROI of operational programs and service
- Knowledge of Accessibility and Usability/UX principles
- Knowledge of SEO principles
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing system
- Background in digital and or consumer experience core principles
- Proven team leadership
