Senior Building Services Coordinator – San Antonio, Texas

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides general building/facility systems maintenance services for safe and comfortable operations
- Prioritize service calls, and follow up upon completion under direction of the facility supervisor
- Ensures quality and completion of tasks
- Performs minor construction projects
- Performs preventive maintenance on building systems
- Inspects buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions
- Maintains stock and inventory control
- Acts as lead for multi-technician market or works unsupervised in a single-technician market
- Provides structured training sessions to other technicians
- Performs all other related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Current driver’s license in applicable state
- 8+ years of experience in building maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize various work orders
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to work irregular work hours on occasion
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience in a medical setting
Physical and Mental Requirements:
- Frequently moves up to 67 pounds
- Ability to move heavy objects using up to 100 pounds of force
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods of time
- Consistently operates office equipment and/or machinery
- Ability to properly drive and operate a company vehicle
- Ability to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and/or in writing
- Ability to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving
The hourly range for this role is $16.88 to $33.22 per hour based on full-time
