Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and enhance website experience and engagement processes for improved efficiency. Lead technology and innovation initiatives in partnership with the Product teams, catering to both immediate and long-term needs.
- Act as a subject matter expert on data and analytics, supporting data, business intelligence applications, and commercial analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their business needs. Formulate a strategy and roadmap of data-leveraged capabilities that lead to measurable improvement in business performance metrics/key performance indicators over time.
- Use technical judgment to drive project delivery and technology reviews, challenge proposals, and build consensus.
- Assist clients in building a reporting architecture (based on multiple data sources) for cross-functional reporting, using Power BI.
- Advise on the required data architecture, data management, and data models for effective data engagement.
- Provide thought leadership to deliver creative and efficient data-related technical solutions.
- Experience working on Microsoft Azure Cloud services. Solve unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (computer science, engineering, or other technical disciplines) with a minimum of 6+ years of experience in technology, analytics, or consulting. A focus on digital marketing analytics is required, with at least 5 years of experience specifically in digital marketing technology, preferably within life sciences or healthcare
- Experience working on Microsoft Azure Cloud services
- Expertise in utilizing analytics platforms, including Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics. Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing. Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Cloud Debugger, Adobe Launch, Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Cloud
- Proficiency in attribution modeling, website performance optimization, A/B testing, conversion management, traffic analysis, and various reporting tools
- Excellent understanding and experience in building Dashboards using Power BI stack
- Experience working on Microsoft Azure Cloud services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with multiple Database technologies and cloud environments
- Proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics
