Senior Quality Analyst – Manual, Testing, SQL

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual testing to ensure software meets the required standards and functions correctly
• Automation Testing: Develop and maintain automated test scripts using automation testing tools and frameworks
• DB Testing in SQL Server: Perform database testing to validate data integrity and performance in SQL Server
• Analytical Skills: Analyze complex data to identify patterns or issues and provide insights for improvement
• Problem-Solving Skills: Troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively to ensure the quality and reliability of software
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with database testing, particularly in SQL Server
• Solid knowledge of manual testing
• Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks
• Proven excellent analytical skills to analyze complex data and identify patterns or issues
• Proven solid problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Experience with regression testing and ensuring integration stability
• Familiarity with both manual and automated testing tools and techniques
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with development teams to understand project requirements and functionality
• Proven solid attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills
