Primary Responsibilities:
- Production Support
- Incident Management
- Problem Management
- Change Management
- Working closely with Call Center agents
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience working as a Full Stack Developer
- Specialization in the following required technical skills:
- Front End: React/ Angular, Node.js
- Back End: Spring Boot
- Database: MySQL
- Testing: ATDD, Junit
- DevOps: Jenkins, Docker, GitHub Actions
- Front End: React/ Angular, Node.js
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies (SCRUM, KANBAN) and engineering practices
- Proven solid communication & collaboration skills to work effectively within a team and across different departments
- Proven ability to be flexible and adaptable to work late or outside regular hours when necessary to achieve project goals or resolve critical issues
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a production support role with an understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes
- Knowledge of ServiceNow tool for managing and tracking incidents, problems, and changes
- Technology skills: Splunk, Automation using Selenium/Cucumber
- Optional Domain knowledge: US Healthcare Basics
