Primary Responsibilities:

• Data Development & Integration:
  • Design, develop, and implement data workflows using SSIS to automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
  • Create interactive dashboards and reports in PowerBI / Tableau to provide actionable insights for business stakeholders
  • Client & Business Interaction
  •  Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable tasks
• Independent Problem Solving & Execution:
  • Act as a “go-getter” by proactively identifying areas for improvement, proposing innovative solutions, and driving successful project delivery
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly to maintain high service levels
• Continuous Improvement & Learning:
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics, business intelligence, and cloud technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, tools, and performance across the organization

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience with SQL, SSIS/Alteryx/ADF and PowerBI /Tableau in a data analytics or business intelligence role
• Experience in Python, Pyspark, Snowflake (Secondary)
• Experience working with large datasets and optimizing data workflows for efficiency
• A solid understanding of business requirements gathering, data-driven decision-making, and stakeholder management
• Solid proficiency in data modeling, data analysis, ETL processes, and dashboard/report creation
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated excellent problem-solving skills with a “go-getter” attitude and ability to deliver results under tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

• B Tech, MCA
• Knowledge of Python, Pyspark, Snowflake
• Solid knowledge of SQL, SSIS/Alteryx/ADF, Power BI/Tableau
