Primary Responsibilities:
- Develops reports and complex dashboards and data visualizations utilizing the best reporting platform for the job (Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau)
- Connects reporting data visualization objects to external data sources, including the testing and validation of the reporting platforms object’s ability to connect
- Works with Other teams and internal systems to acquire data to meet customer’s needs
- Collaborates with other members of the Team on the design and implementation of optimal data design to support a suite of reports with consideration to consistency and report performance
- Establish standard methodologies for data assessment and interpretation across multiple dashboards to ensure consistent information representation
- Manages work, timelines, and sets stakeholder expectations
- Brings new tools and approaches to team to streamline and improve process
- Tests and validates solutions

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in Tableau Dashboard Development (5+ years)
- Experience acquiring data from multiple data sources for use by data visualization platforms
- Expertise in acquiring and transforming data from multiple sources in Alteryx or Snowflake
- Experience with requirements gathering – working with customers to determine analytical needs and carrying those needs through the development of data-driven tools to facilitate the requirements
- Experience working with various cloud and on prem data sources (e.g. MS SQL Server, Oracle, DB2, Snowflake)
- Ability to manage projects independently
- Solid communication skills and ability to articulate complex solutions well
Preferred Qualifications:
- Tableau certification
- Alteryx certification
- Experience with Rally
- Hands on experience with SQL Server development
- Experience with Snowflake
- Knowledge of Data Visualization optimization and tuning
