Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, development and maintenance of various ETL processes
• Design and development of processes for various types of data, potentially large datasets and disparate data sources that require transformation and cleansing to become a usable data set
• Find creative solutions to complex and diverse business requirements
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of development, administration and migration experience in Azure Databricks and Snowflake
• 6+ years of experience with data design/pattern- Data warehousing, Dimensional Modeling and Lakehouse Medallion Architecture
• 5+ years of experience working with Azure data factory
• 5+ years of experience in setting up, maintenance and usage of Azure services as Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure SQL Database etc.
• 5+ years of experience working with Python and Pyspark
• 3+ years of experience with Kafka
• Solid working knowledge of any programing languages, data analysis, design, ETL tool sets
• Solid background on Data Engineering development technologies
• Proven excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business and technical experts in the team
• Proven excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
