Position Overview: We are seeking a delivery leader with hand-on ability to write codes with profound expertise in SQL Database, MSBI, Python Programming, Azure, Power BI, AI/ML projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data solutions, BI, driving innovation, cloud adoption and automation strategies. Ensure high value contribution to business & enterprise vision.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain SQL databases to ensure efficient data management and retrieval
  • Create and manage ETL packages in SSIS to integrate data from various sources (e.g., Flat Files, Excel, Salesforce, Data Lakes, and databases) ensuring seamless data flow.
  • Analyze data to derive meaningful insights and conclusions.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and generate actionable insights.
  • Design & implement data governance, visualization, process modernization, strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and works close with development team to get the business requirements implemented
  • Ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of data/BI solutions
  • Continuously improve process based on user feedback and changing business needs.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for any quality/performance drop and assist the team to uplift
  • Drive innovation, modernization, optimization of the process
  • Lead advanced ML/AI based projects. Provide SME support to the development teams in building ML/AI models, integrating LLMs and automating processes to derive higher value to business beyond SLA.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent with 12+ years of relevant experience
  • Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven excellent communication and collaboration skills

 

Technical Proficiency:

  • Solid expertise in SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server, Power BI
  • Solid expertise in Python, PySpark, Machine Learning & AI Models Azure Databricks/Snowflake
  • Proficient in ETL development and support activities
  • Solid ability to analyze and interpret complex data
  • Ability to present data insights clearly and effectively
  • Aptitude for identifying and solving data-related issues
  • Meticulous in ensuring data accuracy and quality
