Primary Responsibility:
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- B.E/B.Tech/MCA/Msc/MTech (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
- 6+ years of experience working on multiple layer of technology
- Experience in Agile team
- ServiceNow Specialization: Service Catalog Development, Workflow Configuration, Access Control Rules, Custom Scripting, Performance Analytics, Integration with REST APIs, ServiceNow Scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, ACLs, Workflow Editor, Update Sets
- Methodologies: Agile Development (Scrum, Kanban), ITSM & ITIL Frameworks, Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD)
- Good understanding of Data/Information security
- Demonstrate hands-on knowledge of OpenSource adoption and use cases
- Demonstrate good knowledge in Engineering Practices
- Demonstrates excellent problem solving skills
- Demonstrates excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
