Primary Responsibility:

Required Qualifications:

• B.E/B.Tech/MCA/Msc/MTech (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
• 6+ years of experience working on multiple layer of technology
• Experience in Agile team
• ServiceNow Specialization: Service Catalog Development, Workflow Configuration, Access Control Rules, Custom Scripting, Performance Analytics, Integration with REST APIs, ServiceNow Scripting, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, ACLs, Workflow Editor, Update Sets
• Methodologies: Agile Development (Scrum, Kanban), ITSM & ITIL Frameworks, Continuous Integration and Deployment (CI/CD)
• Good understanding of Data/Information security
• Demonstrate hands-on knowledge of OpenSource adoption and use cases
• Demonstrate good knowledge in Engineering Practices
• Demonstrates excellent problem solving skills
• Demonstrates excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
