Purpose of Job: 

Deep Dive across business areas to Identify AI/ML opportunities, evaluate the potential business value that can be generated and partner with AI teams to deliver the solution.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify areas for Growing AI across the organization and building strong connects with corresponding stakeholders
• Deep dive across business areas to identify AI deployment opportunities in their respective spans
• Evaluate art of possible benefits that can be driven by use of AI in aligned business
• Set up and run continuous governance with Business teams to drive AI objectives to completion
• Tracks and ensure that AI goals in aligned span are met
• Partner with AI dev teams to ensure completion of projects within stipulated time and budget
• Participate in re-engineering or architecture redesign discussions
• Support other team members to get upskilled on opportunity discovery, program management and AI
• Drive AI adoption across the organization
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science
• Generative AI or Data Science certification
• 12+ years of total work experience
• 8+ years of extensive work experience in Technology Program Management
• 5+ years of program management experience
• 3+ years of people management experience
• 2+ years of experience in AIML
• Experience solving major project or customer issues
• Demonstrated experience in change management
• Extensive experience in working with stakeholders across leadership levels
• Proven excellent communication & presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Master’s of Business Administration or Program Management certification
• Project Management training or experience
• Design Thinking training or experience
• Storytelling training or experience
• Exposure to a US Healthcare account in previous role or organization
