Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Reusable AI Components: Assist in the creation and deployment of AI components that can be reused across various projects to enhance efficiency and consistency
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with teams from different departments to integrate AI solutions into broader business strategies and operations
- Utilize AIRB Metrics and Tools: Employ AIRB metrics and tools to monitor and evaluate the performance of AI initiatives, ensuring they meet the desired outcomes and standards
- Ensure Compliance with Industry Standards: Maintain adherence to industry regulations and standards in all AI-related activities to ensure ethical and legal compliance
- Support a Culture of Innovation: Foster an environment that encourages innovative thinking and the continuous improvement of AI technologies and methodologies
- Drive Strategic Investment Benefits: Contribute to the strategic investment aimed at achieving significant benefits by facilitating the enterprise-level reconciliation of AI component use or reuse
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Deep Learning: Experience with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures
- Generative AI: Good understanding of generative AI techniques and their applications
- Statistics: Solid foundation in statistical methods and their use in data analysis
- Machine Learning: Proficiency in machine learning algorithms and model development
- Python: Advanced skills in Python programming, including libraries such as NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn
- SQL: Competence in SQL for database management and querying
- Python Design Patterns: Familiarity with Python design patterns to write efficient and maintainable code
