FTE with AI/ML expertise is required to build internal knowledge and to support the AI Initiative scrum teams as Lead & Coach
Primary Responsibilities:
- AI/ML Engineers code and develop software that deploys ML models and algorithms into production
- Communicate and present complex analytics results and concepts to leadership and internal stakeholders
- Employ AI and/or ML that may include natural language processing (NLP), natural language understanding (NLU), semantic understanding, intent classification, computer vision, deep learning, and automatic speech recognition (ASR)
- Applies deep learning technologies to give computers the capability to visualize, learn and respond to complex situations
- May adapt machine learning to areas such as artificial intelligence, robotics and other products that allow users to have an interactive experience
- Work with large scale computing frameworks, data analysis systems
- Employees in this role are expected to apply knowledge of experimental methodologies, statistics, optimization, probability theory and machine learning using code for tool building, statistical analysis, using both general purpose software and statistical languages
- Apply AI/ML expertise to build internal knowledge and to support the AI Initiative scrum teams as Lead & Coach

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science engineering with a focus on language processing
- 6+ years of experience in AI ML roles
- Experience implementing multiple machine learning and AI techniques such as supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning, Deep learning, NLP
- Proficiency with cloud development environments such as Azure Proficiency with experience in ML and NLP R&D with demonstrable impact
- Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to disaggregate issues, identify root causes and recommend solutions
- Proven good grasp of using LLMs, Deploying LLMs Proficiency in libraries such as Hugging face and OpenAI API
