This role is for Software Engineer FSE who understands the dev life cycle. Guide the team on tech model and understanding the overall solution. Can independently execute complex development with complete accountability and play a Liaison between Arch, Product & Tech teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business, Partner Solution Architects, and Technical Architects to ensure that the Solution is accurate to deliver outcomes to the client and reliable from a technology perspective
  
• Understand and communicate new product and solution requirements back to the solution development team
  
• Mentor others toward technical accomplishment, collaborative project team efforts and achievement of important project goals
  
• This role includes, but are not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, development, maintenance, new development, operations, and delivery
  
• Enhance existing products as well as create new offerings utilizing the latest technology
  
• Collaborate closely with key leaders to develop strategic projects, plans and processes, streamline decision-making, and develop and manage an engineering team
  
• Be able to managing code reviews, do post project analysis and clearly articulating priorities to improve
  
• Continuously assess, and if necessary, redesign processes to ensure that they are repeatable, sustainable, and scalable

Required Qualification:

• FSE with 3+ years of Software development experience on following Technologies: Angular 15+/React, Java, J2EE, NestJS, SpringBoot, Micro frontends. Microservices, GraphQL, REST API, Sound knowledge of Postgres, SQL
