Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Business Intelligence team, providing mentorship, guidance, and career development opportunities
- Develop and implement the overall BI strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions, including data warehouses, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all BI systems and processes
- Drive continuous improvement in BI processes, tools, and methodologies
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making
- Hands-on development of BI solutions, including coding and debugging
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities into BI solutions to enhance data analysis and predictive modeling
- Transform traditional reporting systems into AI-enhanced solutions for better insights and automation
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field, with 5+ years in a leadership role
- Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView)
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
- Proven excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proven solid communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in BI tools or data analytics (e.g., Power BI, Tableau Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate)
- Experience in software engineering or data-driven organizations
- Experience with cloud-based BI solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of machine learning and advanced analytics techniques
