As the Sr. Procurement Analyst, you will be challenged to oversee the purchasing of medical and office supplies and medical equipment across OptumCare South Region (WellMed, USMD, HCAT, and Optum Florida) and support the procurement related to Real Estate related projects and Facilities Management services and spending. The ideal candidate must demonstrate the ability to maximize cost efficiencies, price leverage and quality while also identifying and mitigating risks to the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Support and execute local/enterprise Supply Chain Strategies
- Develop, Implement and Manage Procurement Processes/Workflow
- Understanding of contracts and use for reference in day-to-day interactions
- Develop strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders to support business objectives, supplier innovation, and expense reductions
- Support procure-to-pay processes at local and enterprise level
- Identify and drive cost savings opportunities through strategic sourcing initiatives
- Prepare and present analytics/reports on spend, savings, contract alignment for leadership visibility
- Participate on a team implementing a new software product to track Facilities Management spend

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of procurement experience
- Experience working in an environment with minimal supervision
- Experience handling confidential and sensitive data with discretion
- Demonstrated excellent communication skills and proven ability to build long-term relationships
- Demonstrated solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple timelines and projects/priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior Supply Chain experience
- Prior P2P Implementation experience
- Experience with either Premier Connect or Coupa P2P
- Experience with MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $58,800 to $105,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
