Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and execute data models and dashboards extensively using Power BI with high proficiency in DAX
- Analyze large healthcare or supply chain datasets to identify trends and actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting needs
- Write efficient, high-quality code using SQL and Python
- Present findings through compelling data narratives to technical and non-technical audiences
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to data governance best practices
- Business storytelling and communication skills for translating complex data into actionable insights
- Maintain high accuracy under tight timelines and manage multiple deliverables
- Ownership of data analytics and reporting, building analytical models and resolving data discrepancies and anomalies
- Leadership of junior analysts and cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of SQL, Python and BI tool experience
- Experience in US healthcare provider or supply chain systems/analytics
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant data handling
Preferred Qualification:
- Exposure to predictive modeling or machine learning
