Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and execute data models and dashboards extensively using Power BI with high proficiency in DAX
• Analyze large healthcare or supply chain datasets to identify trends and actionable insights
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting needs
• Write efficient, high-quality code using SQL and Python
• Present findings through compelling data narratives to technical and non-technical audiences
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to data governance best practices
• Business storytelling and communication skills for translating complex data into actionable insights
• Maintain high accuracy under tight timelines and manage multiple deliverables
• Ownership of data analytics and reporting, building analytical models and resolving data discrepancies and anomalies
• Leadership of junior analysts and cross-functional collaboration

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of SQL, Python and BI tool experience
• Experience in US healthcare provider or supply chain systems/analytics
• Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant data handling

Preferred Qualification:

• Exposure to predictive modeling or machine learning
