Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as technical lead to 1-2 (scrum) teams
- Provide mentorship to team members
- Provide leadership and decision making on behalf of the team
- Provide representation of the team to other internal teams
- Drive business priorities
- Drive Technical priorities
- Responsible for delivery of secure and resilient solutions
- Provide application ownership
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in Java and the Spring framework
- 8+ years of experience with CI/CD tools like Github Actions and Jenkins
- 8+ years of experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Elastic APM, Grafana, and Prometheus, along with good experience in building dashboards for Splunk and Grafana and creating alerts
- 8+ years of experience working with microservices hosted on cloud platforms such as Kubernetes and Azure public cloud, and
- 3+ years of experience with Kafka or any other messaging tool
- Additionally, candidates should have the ability to develop back-end Java microservices from the ground up, capable of processing millions of transactions per hour, and possess solid SQL experience with PostgreSQL
- A basic understanding of the healthcare business and a good understanding of Agile methodologies are also essential.

- The technical lead will be responsible for overseeing the development team and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality microservices
