Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as technical lead to 1-2 (scrum) teams
• Provide mentorship to team members
• Provide leadership and decision making on behalf of the team
• Provide representation of the team to other internal teams
• Drive business priorities
• Drive Technical priorities
• Responsible for delivery of secure and resilient solutions
• Provide application ownership
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in Java and the Spring framework
• 8+ years of experience with CI/CD tools like Github Actions and Jenkins
• 8+ years of experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Elastic APM, Grafana, and Prometheus, along with good experience in building dashboards for Splunk and Grafana and creating alerts
• 8+ years of experience working with microservices hosted on cloud platforms such as Kubernetes and Azure public cloud, and
• 3+ years of experience with Kafka or any other messaging tool
• Additionally, candidates should have the ability to develop back-end Java microservices from the ground up, capable of processing millions of transactions per hour, and possess solid SQL experience with PostgreSQL
• A basic understanding of the healthcare business and a good understanding of Agile methodologies are also essential.
