The Business Intelligence Analyst will use best practices and standards to create solutions that improve business performance at Proceed Finance. The analyst will support several different functional areas with different business needs. The analyst must have experience with analytic practices and tools while also being able to communicate with a wide range of stakeholders, in order to influence and impact change within the organization.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and document dashboards, reports, and thresholds to alert business units to monitor business status, fluctuations and to support actionable recommendations
- Build new and/or modify existing database/data warehouse and business intelligence solutions to meet business and system requirements
- Conduct analysis including retrieval, manipulation, and interpretation of complex datasets
- Collaborate with various teams (Marketing, Operations, Compliance, etc.) to develop and maintain performance metrics, measurements, and ensure solutions meet business needs and objectives
- Responsible for ongoing performance monitoring of different marketing and/or organizational strategies and making subsequent proposals to improve overall performance
- Effectively communicate with various levels of stakeholders internally and externally (executives, partners, customers, etc.)
- Plan and execute projects from start to finish

Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience with various analytical tools (SQL, Excel, Power BI, R, SAS, etc.)
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry
- Solid understanding of decision analytics practices and tools
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Persistent and results focused – must be able to deliver results
- Proven ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
