Senior Operational Trainer
(Remote considered)

This position is National Remote. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in Minneapolis, Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office for a minimum of four (4) days per week.

As a Senior Operational Trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing and delivering training programs that empower our talented individuals and exceptional professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a significant impact on our training initiatives and contribute to the growth of our organization.
This position is full time. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST.
We offer 4 weeks of paid on-the-job training. The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.
Primary Responsibilities:
- This position is critical to creating and developing training materials for the National Letter Team
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for the NLT
- Communicate with partner teams on changes that would result in training / retraining or adjustments to current training materials and job aids
- Collaborate with the Team Manager to identify training needs and develop relevant training materials
- Support the department manager with various activities and act as a resource to the team when not conducting training sessions
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics
Expectations:
- Trains and shares knowledge of National Letter Team (NLT) processes across multiples lines of business and products
- Makes changes to job aids as needed and communicates those changes within the larger team
- Lead in change initiatives with functional team / assigned team
- Create / develop new training materials and classes as business needs require
- Complete re – training for individuals with compliance / audit findings
- P&P / QA review, revisions, and walk throughs with team based on Quality
- Ability to create presentations and proposals to enhance training needs
- 1:1 training work with Leadership to meet all staff members where they are and help with development opportunities

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experience
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 2+ years of experience with conducting training in a classroom, seminar, OR workshop setting
- Time management, organizational, and prioritization skills and ability to balance multiple priorities
- Interpersonal, influence, collaboration, and listening skills and drives for results individually and in a team setting
- Ability to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in a highly matrixed organization across multiple functions
- Knowledge of training delivery techniques and best practices
- Communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross – functional teams
- Proficiency in using training software and tools
- Customer service
- Must possess verbal and written communication skills
- Problem Solving and Critical Thinking skills

- Ability to keep all company sensitive documents secure (if applicable)
- Required to have a dedicated work area established that is separated from other living areas and provides information privacy

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 – $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
