The Associate Technical Product Manager is responsible for multiple workstreams for multiple products. They support the delivery team by ensuring priorities are organized and broken down into actionable component parts. They are responsible for implementing productivity measures to track and improve the efficiency and speed of the delivery teams. The Associate Technical Product Manager ensures that the blockers that inhibit delivery are identified and communicated to senior leadership with full transparency. In this Associate Technical Product Manager role, not only will you be responsible for supporting the development, communication, and implementation of the organization’s security product strategy, but you will passionately support our security adoption user experience.

This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serves as the SCRUM master for the delivery and product teams
- Responsible for sprint life cycle planning including ceremonies and sprint backlog
- Facilitates standups with delivery and product manager and ensures effective organization and work breakdown that is transparent and consumable to delivery and product teams
- Supports product vision, strategy, objectives, and outcomes for security transformation
- Accountable to the product manager who owns the product domain and ensures work is aligned with features, goals, and strategic outcomes
- Identifies and documents roadblocks as well as their source, and reports the impact to delivery and product leadership
- Acquires security domain expertise to credibly represent, manage and engage with delivery and product

Keeps up to date with latest agile and SCRUM innovations and product offerings within UHG and the marketplace

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of equivalent work experience
-
1+ years of experience in facilitating discussions with technical delivery teams and engaging them in agile best practices and adoption

1+ years of experience in effectively communicating and building relationships across multiple teams, stakeholders, and leadership and ability to work independently with minimal direction
-
1+ years of experience documenting «Definition of Done» to ensure it is clearly understood and articulated to stakeholders across the enterprise

1+ years of experience leveraging AI to drive automation and efficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in technology related field (ex: Computer Science, MIS, Data Engineering)

Acumen with product management tools like Aha, Rally, GitHub, and an understanding of DevOps

Knowledge of modern security enterprise technologies (ex: SAST, Infra, CWP, CSPM, Infrastructure as Code, IAM, DAST, DLP, Data at Rest, AI, networking) function and how to secure them

Knowledge of «shift left» CI/CD automation techniques and security tools

Ability to understand industry standard architecture and design patterns

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
