Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing and develop automated test frameworks for web, API, and microservices applications
• Drive end-to-end quality strategy, including functional, regression, performance, and security testing
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure shift-left testing and continuous integration practices
• Utilize AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to accelerate test script development and improve code efficiency
• Conduct customer requirement demos and communicate effectively with customers to clarify expectations
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and ensure timely resolution
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote innovation in testing methodologies
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in Quality Engineering or Software Testing
• US Pharmacy domain knowledge 
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or similar
• Solid proficiency in manual testing and test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and scripting languages (Java, Python)
• Proficient with database such as SQL
• Proven excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer interaction skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner)
• Mentorship experience and ability to promote innovation in testing methodologies
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Exposure to AI-driven testing
