This position will assist in leading strategic technology initiatives that directly support enterprise workforce planning, procurement excellence, capital alignment, AI portfolio management, and vendor management. This role ensures that technology capabilities and investments are fully aligned to business strategy and operational needs. The role collaborates with senior leaders across technology, product, operations, and finance to drive forward looking planning and efficient execution.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact for managing the AI Portfolio Management by tracking capital investments and realized benefits
  • Application management and Product Owner for AI Initiative tracking tool including documenting requirements and working with the development teams
  • Assist in vendor strategy, procurement processes, vendor sourcing, and contracting support operational and financial objectives
  • Manage Workforce Mobility Processes and International Sponsorship requests
  • Provide oversight and transparency on capital requests, approvals, and spend optimization
  • Provide leadership and support to engineering and development teams
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience partnering with senior executives across business and technical domains
  • 5+ years of experience managing complex enterprise programs and portfolios
  • 5+ years of experience partnering with senior executives across business and technical domains
  • 5+ years of excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
