We are seeking an experienced Adobe Target Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing A/B testing and personalization campaigns using Adobe Target. You will work closely with product managers, designers, marketeers and other developers to enhance the user experience and drive conversions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Adobe Target Campaigns to optimize the website and improve user engagement
  • Understand Business Requirements and translate them into effective testing and personalization strategies that align with business objectives
  • Evaluate the technical feasibility of different testing approaches and provide valuable insights to stakeholders
  • Code customized offers using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS tailored to specific campaign needs
  • Create and Manage Campaigns in Adobe Target, including the configuration of audience segments, metrics, and goals
  • Set up metrics and segmentation to accurately track campaign performance and success
  • Conduct thorough Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure functionality and accuracy of campaigns before deployment
  • Implement front-end changes in line with test variations, ensuring consistent user experiences across platforms
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Target, including implementation and campaign optimization
  • Experience with website optimization tools, specifically in A/B and multivariate testing
  • Solid proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for creating custom scripts and front-end modifications
  • Proven solid communication skills to clearly present testing results and data insights, ensuring alignment and driving informed decision-making for Adobe Target campaigns
  • Proven solid problem-solving skills to swiftly identify and resolve technical issues, such as integration challenges, data inconsistencies, or campaign delivery problems, ensuring seamless implementation and accurate test results
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

  • Adobe Target Certification 
  • Proven to be enthusiastic and self-motivated 
  • Proven to be meticulous attention to detail, with an overall passion for continual improvement  
  • Proven to be innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving  
  • Proven to be credible and articulate, with excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
