Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and analyze experiments across authenticated product experiences (e.g., onboarding and enrollment flows), ensuring technical accuracy, data integrity, and production readiness
  • Serve as the technical execution lead for experimentation and measurement platforms (e.g., Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, Pendo, Optum Reactor), including configuration, tagging standards, QA, and ongoing platform health
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering to implement tracking, feature flags, and experiment logic within complex product environments, ensuring changes are delivered safely and compliantly
  • Produce clear, actionable experiment readouts and performance insights to inform product decision-making and future prioritization
  • Establish and maintain operational mechanisms for experimentation execution (intake coordination, QA checklists, release sequencing, and documentation)
  • Support enablement of product teams by sharing best practices, documentation, and repeatable patterns for experimentation and measurement

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience executing digital experiments (A/B testing, personalization, feature testing) within in-product or authenticated user experiences
  • Product management experience focused on delivery, execution, and cross-functional coordination in complex technical environments
  • Solid working knowledge of digital analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., Adobe Target/Analytics, Pendo, first-party analytics platforms)
  • Demonstrated ability to work deeply with engineers on implementation details (tracking, tagging, QA, release management)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting experimentation within regulated or compliance-sensitive environments
  • Familiarity with analytics governance, event taxonomies, and KPI standardization across multiple products
