Our team is part of Optum Financial Services Product, focused on building and scaling a Product Growth capability across multiple digital products. We partner with product, engineering, analytics, and business teams to improve adoption, engagement, and revenue through disciplined experimentation, customer validation, and data driven decision making. Our work spans multiple products and customer journeys, helping ensure we are consistently learning from user behavior and applying those insights to drive measurable outcomes.
As a Product Manager supporting Product Growth, you will own the intake, development, and execution of product experiments across OFS digital experiences. You will act as the operational front door for experimentation, translating product and business questions into structured, hypothesis driven tests that inform product decisions. This role is focused on scaling proven experimentation outcomes across the portfolio by increasing throughput, improving prioritization, and enabling consistent execution.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary intake point for experimentation requests, shaping product and business questions into clear, testable hypotheses tied to growth outcomes
- Proactively identify experimentation opportunities by analyzing product journeys, performance data, and customer behavior
- Own end to end execution of experiments, including design, coordination with cross functional teams, launch, and analysis
- Partner with product, engineering, design, and analytics teams to ensure experiments are delivered accurately, safely, and in alignment with product objectives
- Analyze results and communicate actionable insights, translating learnings into clear recommendations (scale, iterate, or stop)
- Maintain and prioritize an experimentation backlog, ensuring high value opportunities are consistently executed
- Apply and reinforce repeatable experimentation patterns to scale proven growth outcomes across multiple products and journeys

Required Qualifications:
- Hands on experience with product experimentation, A/B testing, or hypothesis driven validation, including the ability to translate business and product questions into structured experiments
- Experience owning or supporting execution of initiatives from concept through delivery and measurement, ensuring alignment to product and business outcomes
- Proven solid analytical and data fluency, with experience working with behavioral data, experimentation results, or customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Demonstrated ability to partner cross functionally with product, engineering, design, and analytics teams to execute initiatives in complex digital product environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience conducting experimentation or validation within authenticated or in product user experiences
- Experience working in regulated or compliance sensitive environments
- Exposure to managing multiple initiatives simultaneously and applying repeatable patterns to scale successful outcomes across products

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
