What you Need To Know

Careers in this field require a high level of compassion as well as professional knowledge of the behavioral health field.

  • You’ll be working in a fast paced, demanding role that requires patience and diplomacy.
  • All of these positions require attention to detail as you coordinate care that involves a lot of complexity.
  • You’ll need to focus on patients to continually ensure that solutions are in their best interests while striving for maximum cost efficiency.
  • You should be self-motivated and able to manage a heavy workload, while maintaining care quality.
  • You will need to spend a considerable amount of time at the computer for planning, documentation and team coordination.

What We Are Looking For

We need elite performers who are ready to take on the challenges and rewards that come with working in a complex environment. For our roles you will need:

  • All of our roles require current Licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, RN).
  • You should have experience working with managed care and Medicare/Medicaid patients.
  • We look for excellent counseling skills and a resourceful approach to problem solving.
  • You should have exceptional planning and organizational ability coupled with strong collaboration skills.
