Traffic Workforce Representative

Meeting our service level agreements is critical. And that's why we rely on brilliant people like you. When you bring your customer service and claims expertise to our traffic/ workforce management team, you’ll work to optimize the way our call center teams run. You’ll manage real-time inbound call traffic to ensure that our service levels are being met. You’ll be responsible for workforce scheduling, call volume monitoring and adjusting staffing levels. Your work will enhance the performance of the way we deliver service and improve the overall health and well-being of the people we serve.
