Primary Responsibilities:

• Transition Management, Program Management, resource estimation and planning, Risk Management, operating models etc.
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

Graduate 

• 3 – 5 years of experience in Transition Management /Project Management
• 5 – 7 Years of good exposure in operations
• For internal Candidates – Exposure to transitions/Project Management  as a participant/Participation in Delivery led Transition model  
• Experience managing and being responsible for multiple portfolios 
• People and stakeholder management experience
• Proven good collaboration and influencing skills
• Ability to work and execute in ambiguous/start-from-scratch environments
• Proven good communication skills are
• Exposure to responding/solving for transition requirements
• Change Management – Ability to drive and manage change at LoB Level

Preferred Qualifications:

• PMP/ PgMP/CSM/Agile SaFE
• MBA
• Financial Certifications
