Primary Responsibilities:

• Use your operational analytical skills to design, develop, program, maintain, and publish reports and reporting applications
• Work in a fast paced and flexible environment where priorities shift week to week
• Meet with business partners and gather reporting requirements, offer recommendations and different options to meet their reporting needs
• Lead multiple projects of varying size and complexity and mentor teammates
• Be self-motivated and creative as you will deal with some very interesting and complex issues
• As a key resource to others, you must maintain a high degree of accuracy along with attention to detail, excellent oral and written communication skills, solid interpersonal skills and the ability to always meet deadlines
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Shift timing – 3.00 pm to 1.00 am

Required Qualifications:

• B. Tech, MCA or bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field
• 2-3 years in advanced SQL querying, data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• Data visualization expertise in Power BI and expertise in DAX
• Advanced level skills in Excel and Power Query
• Proficiency with relational databases, database structures and to be provide best execution plan for any Database Requests
• Interpersonal skills and business acumen to work directly with clients on key initiatives
• Reporting / analytic experience in the Healthcare Industry
• Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with special attention to accuracy and detail
• Proven self-starter with proven ability to take ownership responsibilities ensuring successful completion
• Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in high volume workload situations
• Ability to receive and comprehend instructions verbally and / or in writing
• Ability to use logical reasoning for simple and complex problem solving
• Solid verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management, including executive and senior management teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to develop and implement data analysis or automation solutions using Python
• Expertise in automation development using Excel VBA programming
