I think I've grown a lot not just in the skills for my role but as a person, too.

If you're a veteran, this is a great company to work for. UnitedHealth Group is very supportive of military service members and equally supportive of your military schedule as an employee. It's important to work for an employer who knows what you have to do to accomplish your role.
If you weren’t working at UnitedHealth Group or doing what you do today, what would you be doing?
I'd be training for multiple runs, participating in my kids' schools more, and learning to cook.
