Position Highlights:
•    Traditional outpatient pediatric primary care medicine practice supporting patients from Stanwood and its surrounding communities.
•    Focus on value-based care and supported by a robust team of specialists in the region.
•    Work life balance with flexible shifts- Full time is a 4-day work week. 
•    High quality technology support including EPIC EMR and DAX (AI-powered voice-enabled documentation assistance). 
•    Physician-led, patient centered team-based environment.

Required Qualifications:
  • Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatrics, or the ability to obtain prior to start date
  • Unrestricted licensure in the state of Washington or the ability to obtain prior to start date
  • Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start.
  • Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or M.B.B.S.

Washington Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $225,954 to $326,453 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
