BI Developer – Workforce Analytics

Primary Responsibility:
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineer and related
- 4+ years of solid in SQL experience in at least 2 relational data bases
- 4+ years of experience in reporting on historical time slices of data and dimension models
- 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence with Power BI
- 2+ years of experience in building Tabular Object Model (TOM) with Dax based Derived Tables
- Experienced in at least 2 – 4 project with complete lifecycle in current tech stack
- Experience in implementing non-standard report features
- Experience in Security Management
- Experience in Functional and Non-Functional Testing of Reports
- Experience in No-SQL and Document DBs
- Experience in Looker BI products
- Knowledge or experience with Python and Spark for Data Analytics
- Excellent knowledge in data usage, Scheduling, Data Refresh and diagnostics
- Knowledge in US Healthcare and Risk Adjustment domain
- Sound knowledge of Agile and Scrum Methodologies
- Proven ability to work under pressure, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary support to the team
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate
- Proven good research skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualification:
- Knowledge on HIPAA and HITECH
