Primary Responsibilities: 

• Build and optimize data sets, ‘big data’ data pipelines and architectures
• Perform root cause analysis on external and internal processes and data to identify opportunities for improvement and answer questions
• Build processes that support data transformation, workload management, data structures, dependency and metadata

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree in computer science or Information Technology or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of experience in RDBMS like Oracle
• 2+ years of experience writing queries in SQL
• 2+ years of experience working with Production Operations processes and teams
• Understanding of performance metrics and developing them to measure progress against KPI
• Proven ability to develop and manage multiple projects with minimal direction and supervision

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience providing timely feedback to team to accomplish a task or solve a problem
• Experience in scripting languages such as Python
• Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) tools: Jenkins , GitHub
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Healthcare industry experience
• Experience working across teams and a proven track record of solution focused problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with Cloud Based Technology
• Proven comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment
• Proven to have an eye for improving technical and business processes with proven experience creating standard operating procedures and other technical process documentation
