Primary Responsibilities: 

• Think strategically, and creatively, about how tooling initiatives should work to solve large applications – translating a vision to processes and requirements
• Navigate and influence multiple cross-functional teams in a complex, matrix work environment
• Manage cross-segment API driven projects and initiatives that require problem solving, relationship building, influencing and analyzing
• Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges
• Influence tooling innovation across teams to ensure aligned; cohesive progress across technology, marketing, and service operations
• Ensure there is a clear understanding of the opportunities of the problems that need to be solved and the benefit of the solution
• Identify capabilities required to solve complex data-centric problems;  prioritize problems and develop a road map that offers alternate methods of solving the problem
• Certify the scope of the work that is scheduled in releases will achieve the benefit and value that is effected
• Manage and ensure that the Requirements support the scope of the requirements
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications: 

• 7+ years of Product Management, Product development or Consulting experience (consulting between the business and a technical team, serving as a liaison)
• 5+ years of Experience breaking down requirements into Feature Level requirements and User Stories in an Agile environment
• 5+ years of Experience as a full stack engineer (exposed to Java, React Native)
• Experience of working on EIP/EIS platform 
• Experience working with Director level and above to define problems and priority of work
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others
• Effectively communicate at all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Advanced Degree
• Healthcare experience 
• Worked as an architect with experience in tooling that can help operations team to manage an application
• Background in HealthCare Industry
