This position is full time. Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am-4pm or 9am – 5pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. Our office is located at 3 DELAWARE DRIVE Lake Success, NY.

We offer weeks of on-the-job training. The hours of the training will be based on schedule or will be discussed on your first day of employment.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and motivate a work team while maintaining high standards.
  • Managing day to day operations of team’s workflow (PTO, scheduling, etc.).
  • Manages requests for documentation and information.
  • Distributes reports and results.
  • May train and mentor co-workers.
  • Analyzes documentation and tracks completion to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Promotes principles of health information accuracy, transparency, currency, accessibility, relevancy, and reliability.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • Must be 18 years of age OR older
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • 2+ years of clerical or administrative experience
  • Experience as a team lead, supervisor, or manager.
  • Reside within commutable distance to Lake Success, NY
  • Ability to work full time. Monday – Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8am-4pm or 9am – 5pm. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime

 

New York Residents Only: The hourly range for this role is $23.22 to $45.43 per hour. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
