Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze Rebate and variances and provide recommended actions to improve financials targets
• Participate in all phases of project development life cycle including database design, process flow, benchmark and trend analysis, and financial modeling
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced and evolving environment
• Develop Rebate forecast models to ensure performance aligns with contractual guarantees
• Create and share files with business partners in order to implement, QC, update, and administer individual client and book of business formularies and other files for rebate administration
• Provide summarized dashboard reporting to management on a recurring basis
• Recommend new margin opportunities resulting from expertise gained through experience working on initiatives and data
• Implement KPI tracking to monitor initiatives real-time and recommend data-driven business decisions
• Drive constant process improvement initiatives and automation for efficiency

Required Qualifications:        

• Degree (BA, BS) in relevant field (Analytics, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Engineering)
• 3+ years of Analytical or Financial experience
• Experience in least one data modelling language or tool such as R, Python, or Alteryx
• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office products (Word, PowerPoint)
• Advanced data manipulation skills and proficiency in SQL and Tableau
• Proficient in research, interpreting, and analyzing diverse and complex data
  
• Legally authorize to work in the US without any restrictions. Proof will be required

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
