Primary Responsibilities:

  • In charge of IT asset cost charging reports submission to Finance
  • Act as an auditor and in-charge of IT Hardware bi-monthly and quarterly audit process across all OGA India sites
  • Point of contact for Hardware Provisioning reports creation
  • Regular reports to be prepared for Separations, IT Asset Inventory Stock Levels, Man-Machine Ratio, Service now reports, MIS etc.
  • Participate in process improvement or automation six sigma projects
  • Gathering, collecting, and analyzing relevant data from various sources
  • Facilitate tasks assigned by supervisor or manager based on business needs
  • Cleaning up and organizing the data to ensure accuracy and reliability
  • Identifying patterns or trends by using software and tools
  • Preparing reports based on the analysis, highlighting key findings and insights
  • Presenting the reports to managers or decision-makers in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborating with different teams to understand their reporting needs and provide them with relevant data
  • Monitoring data quality and resolving any discrepancies or errors
  • Developing and maintaining reporting templates or dashboards for efficient data visualization
  • Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in reporting and data analysis
  • Providing recommendations for improving data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience in Data Analytics experience
  • 1+ years of data analysis experience
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements
  • Knowledgeable and have experience of MS Power BI, Macros, and SharePoint
  • Knowledgeable and have experience of IT Service management (ITSM) tools & Service now dashboards & reports
  • Knowledgeable and have expertise in Microsoft Software
  • Professional in conduct and practice, and reliable
  • Creative, responsive and adaptive in a dynamic environment
  • Must have the aptitude and desire to learn new competencies and skills
  • Adhere to all established company policies, procedures, and safety rules as outlined
  • Extensive experience and working knowledge of computers, especially in data extract/reporting software
  • Expertise in delivery technologies and data access, including familiarity with metadata, data organization, data quality assessment and data profiling
  • Familiarity with accounting and finance practices and principles
  • Ability to independently, resourcefully, and creatively research and implement new solutions
  • Working knowledge of analysis and reporting tools
  • Proven interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Ability to frequently communicate orally, write, read, comprehend, reason, and perform basic mathematic calculations and analyze
