Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Engineering  and PO teams on requirement understanding
• Lead Automation Engineering team and maintain high quality gates
• Maintain regression suite 100% covered and in sprint automation
• Work as part of the team to achieve key business objectives
• Collaborate with the team on application architecture design, decision-making and process automation
• Work on a time sensitive and highly visibility initiative to stabilize the existing regression suite and bring it up to date with the latest code base to test web and mobile OS/browsers combinations
• Support release and war rooms
• Review issues found via automation or manual testing to determine if there are environmental issues
• Keep track of all production INC and make sure covered in regression suite
• Determine root cause of issues (i.e. database, file systems, etc.) and work with the Development teams to resolve them
• They should have the relevant automation experience to understand the existing framework and scale up quickly to debug the scripts
• Provide feedback to the teams on improvements and assist in coming up with a sustainable maintenance process. Experience in Agile testing methodologies will help
• Provide alternate design solutions in automation phase
• Design and implement test enhancements in collaboration with development team through automation
• Troubleshoot post-production issues and identify root cause
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or equivalent Degree with 9+ Years of IT experience
• Bachelor’s degree 7+ years of experience as Software Development Engineers in Automation
• 5+ years of experience coding and scripting for test automation
• 2+years of experience in cypress and mocha frame work
• Solid experience to write test code to test product/application code
• Experience with Acceptance Test Driven Development
• Test automation experience using Cypress, Java Script, Java, JUnit, Jenkins, Selenium web driver and BDD frameworks like CucumberProven solid Java script coding skills
• Proficient/solid work hands and design experience of following Tech Stack

• LeSS/Agile Scrum/Kanban Methodology
• Proven highly organized and self-driven, capable of working with little or no supervision
• Solid multitasking skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar frameworks
• Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and continuous integration tools, such as Jenkins
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and debug complex software systems
• Proven excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proven attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software products
